Former Presidential aide and prominent Journalist, Reuben Abati has queried Obi Cubana’s lavish burial ceremony which recently held at Oba, Anambra State over the weekend.

The journalist  in a write up on Wednesday expressed his displeasure, wondering why nothing was heard of Obi Cubana’s family members during the much talked about burial.

“Does he even have siblings or extended family members?” he queried.

Abati also raised many issues concerning the lavish burial including how Obi Cubana made much money and how much tax he pays to the Nigerian government.

Obi Cubana has every right to bury his mother the way he wants. But who is he? How did he make his money? How much tax does he pay to the Nigerian government?

“I am not sure half of the people at the event even know who Cubana’s mother was,” he wrote

Meanwhile, wife of billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana, Iyiegbu, has debunked reports that her husband’s wealth is gotten through money rituals. There had been claims that Obi Cubana did rituals after the burial of his mother stirred reaction on the internet.

The wife in a post on her Instagram account said her husband is filled with grace. She charged Nigerians to work hard and not believe rumours that her husband did rituals to become wealthy.

“If GRACE is a person, it is Obinna Iyiegbu. I am still trying to figure out what happened last weekend but all I can see is GRACE! ”My brother, no be juju. No, be a crime. It’s just GRACE!
